Customer Insight與青鳥
要找 Customer Insight 與青鳥，未必要遠走他鄉。青鳥其實在你我身邊。公司裡有很多其他的部門，對於顧客的環境、部署的方式、面臨的問題、競爭的產品，都有深入的了解，像是銷售、客戶服務、技術支援 ，都有豐富面對顧客的經驗，我們是不是能夠思考，怎樣擷取這些人的經驗和教訓，內化成為我們工程師的Customer Insight呢？因此，我們開始了一場又一場的經驗分享，請這些部門的同仁，來談談自己面對顧客的經驗，與從中學到的教訓。這些經驗與教訓，也不要讓它隨著時間而流失，用投影片、照片、錄音、錄影的方式留存下來，讓錯過的人能夠跟上，更能一次又一次地提醒大家，被我們遺忘的 Customer Insight。
