引述 :『上次有人在China AIDS Group 发文章表达了对中国全球基金项目和CDC掌控的其他项目的不满，并询问如何进行抗议和表达说法，这个事情就一直惦记在我心上，我曾经看过一篇文章，关于如何去做的，时间太久了，我记不住了名字，甚至里面的一些便于检索的关键词也记不住了，我至少询问几十个人关于这个文章，都没有得到答案，害得我茶不思饭不想，平白的竟然促使我减少了去健身的次数（冥思瘦了，就不用去健身不胖）』

Chinese people have paid a lot of consideration and arduous effort on it. Until sep. 30th 2008, it is reported that there were 264,302 AIDS cases in China, including 77,753 patients and 34,864 dead. The government proposed to control the number of HIV infected people within 1.5 million in 2010. It is declared in《Regulations on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control》 that "Multi-sectoral cooperation responsibilities with strong societal participation, strengthening education and behavioral interventions together with providing care and support services", and "Mass-media, including radio, television, press and internet, shall provide non-commercial communication on AIDS prevention and treatment".』
