一個近60歲的法國人(物理學者)，獨立完成一個支援235+ 的USB camera linux driver。 這一篇是他的訪談，不可思議喔，他先從sunplus開始做起，然後一個一個的加入其他vendor。現在，他的driver已經支援幾乎所有的usb web cam了。
Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn) 依據官方開發時程表於今日正式推出，同一時間也同時是出來相關的衍生版本 Kubuntu、Edubuntu 與 Xubuntu，據消息指出還有之前所提過的多媒體編輯版本 Ubuntu Studio(a multimedia editing ditro of Ubuntu)也在同步推出之列。
WiiLi is our long-term goal: Linux for the Wii. However, before we will reach that point, a lot of information about the Wii needs to be gathered. Before we will be able to make WiiLi it must be possible to run homebrew software on the Wii. Until then we are working on WiiLi Link, a Live CD that turns standard PC's into a media and gaming center designed around the Wii Remote. We're developing on PCs right now, with hopes of porting WiiLi to the Wii later on.
