The sun was out for only a short time today. As I was walking to school for a jog, it started to rain. I turned around heading home and decided to have an alone-party. I decided to have a good session of yoga. This afternoon I did yoga to mushroom jazz. I did almost every single pose that I know and as well as several unfamiliar poses. I thought my flexiblity got better and so did my balance. My tree pose today lasted longer than one minute, maybe 5 minutes. Who knows? I just didn't lose the balance until my resting leg got numb.
