As for specific blogs, I still tend to like ones like Subing's, not just because I agree with the content because it's well written and the comments are usually a good gage of what Taiwanese people are thinking. In connection with the Ma Ying-jeou funeral urn controversy, he writes:

His main problem is that that he had no democratic upbringing. He doesn't respect the right of Taiwanese people's decision to be Taiwanese, and doesn't acknowledge that Taiwan's future should be decided by Taiwan's 23 million people and opposes the idea that Taiwanese independence is an option for them; opposes using Taiwan's name to enter United Nations. This is precisely what makes Ma Ying-jeou unsuited to be the President of Taiwan.
