甲狀腺突眼症 Thyroid eye disease process 甲狀腺突眼症這是一種自體免疫疾病會造成瞪睛的外觀及乾眼的症狀。我今年三十二歲患甲狀腺機能亢進已有三年多一直以口服藥控制病情甲狀腺功能也保持在正常範圍。二個月前左睛漸漸突出來而眼白也很明顯。醫師說這是甲狀腺突眼症。請問甲狀腺疾病也會影響眼睛及視力嗎我們知道甲狀腺位於前頸部可分泌甲狀腺賀爾蒙用來調節身體的新陳代謝。當分泌不正常時不論甲狀腺機能亢進或過低都會產生身體的症狀。甲狀腺機能亢進之症狀包括全身疲累、心跳加速、體重減輕、不易耐熱、頭髮纖細、下痢。甲狀腺機能低下也會引起疲累但是心跳減慢而體重增加且會有便秘之症狀。

曾經有人過完情人節後，突然喉嚨疼痛、扁桃腺化膿、發燒、倦怠，還發現頸部淋巴腺腫大。就醫才發現得了「接吻病（Kissing Disease）」，問醫生有沒有開玩笑呀！真的有「接吻病」嗎？到底是什麼病？真是通過接吻傳播的嗎？
