今年12月的國際人權日，亞裔人權團體將會在巴黎集體發聲，我們原本只是想要再次聲討中國對台灣的打壓，沒想到，自己的政府被打出獨裁專政原形，台灣正式列入人權受危害的國家。因此，我們想請大家集思廣益，提供馬政府上任後種種侵害人權的事件，我們會整理後在國際人權日的活動上，一起向國際媒體揭露。很遺憾，眼睜睜看台灣的沈淪，這卻是我們唯一可以做的；也請大家各自努力。 Asian human rights groups will gather and voice on the Human Right Day this December We thought we would denounce the repression of Taiwan from China However our own government shows their dictatorship and Taiwan is formally listed as a country whose human rights are endangered now We appeal for gathering information about incidents that endanger human rights after President Ma inaugurated We will put them together and reveal them to the international media I am sorry that when we see the degradation of Taiwan this is the only thing we can do We should work hard now

老實說，3000美元至5000美元不算是筆大數目，尤其是美元匯率在全球許多地方不斷貶值，不過也正因為資源如此微薄，讓全球之聲發聲計畫許多成果更加令人讚嘆，發聲計畫的獎助金大概只夠讓獲獎者買幾部數位相機、租借工作坊場地、支付車馬費，或提供折價券讓成員到網咖製作部落格，或上傳他們所製作的播客與影片。從羅馬尼亞「部落格寫夢想」計畫的最新消息，便可了解獲獎者籌備公民媒體時的第一步。許多獲獎計畫相當成功，令更多當地民眾有興趣學習如何利用網路有效溝通，所以，為延續訓練課程或其他外展活動，各計畫均以創意策略維持開銷。

很多很多狗屁倒灶的事情在各自的國家發生，但也正因為這些事情，把我們串聯在一起，讓我們在面對無止盡的麻煩跟挫折時，知道自己不是孤單的。一場年會能解決的事情不多，許多決策終究還是要回到網路上來執行，才回來兩個月，黎巴嫩與以色列的人質交換，哥倫比亞前總統候選人等十四名人質被釋放、北京奧運與人權議題、喬治亞與俄羅斯開戰紛紛擾擾似乎永遠不會結束，我們也都透過蒐集與整理各地部落客文章，提出了不同於主流媒體的觀察角度，然而除了這些大事件之外，全球之聲的公民報導人關注的更多、也更廣。你不需要因為接收不了這麼多的訊息而昏頭轉向，但你起碼可以打開自己的心胸，跟世界直接面對面。

以全球之聲為例，全球之聲呈現的平台是Blog，也只有中文化小組使用wiki作為後方的翻譯工作的平台，利用Wiki工作的好處是，如果有人看過GVO，進而想參與，中文化小組在GVO的部落格上就放了Wiki的連結，使想參與的人有一個投入的開放管道。

Rising Voice便是為了彌補這樣的數位落差而生，不希望網路上只有中產階級、知識份子的聲音與觀點，因此，藉由一些計畫申請與經費補助，讓許多不被呈現的社群、社區的聲音可以透過網路的方式被聽到。有些方式是藉由電腦網路教學，讓社區的人可以學會使用電腦，能夠上網。有些鼓勵發聲，甚至有專人幫他們打字，傳上網路。這些都是盡量彌補數位落差，還有發聲不平均的狀況。

巴勒斯坦男孩給他們的女朋友手機，為了方便以半隱私的方式與女孩溝通，而不會造成項實際近身接觸那般的不悅。同時，女孩知道父母不會同意他們如此近距離與男生交往他們走到很遠的地方，為了藏住手機，害怕被發現的後果。而男孩提供女孩手機作為自由交流的工具，往往也有代價。女孩被要求只可以與男孩溝通，不得他用。

美元走低並沒有改善這樣的情形，Philq8指出：現在美元走低的情況大大的影響了我們披索兌換的利率。以前你要兌換2萬菲律賓元，你只要花108德納（約406美元），但是現在你要花136德納（約511美元）才可以換得到相同的錢數。我是很高興現在披索的價值變高了，但是對我來說最重要的是，在菲律賓所有物價都高漲的情況，價錢都沒有降低，我想並不是所有的人都可以度過這樣的難關。

MANY YOUNG PEOPLE READ GVO AS A NEWS SOURCE AND ARE LOOKING FOR IN DEPTH BACKGROUND ON ISSUES — GVO IS NOT UP TO THE JOB WHILE SOME SECTIONS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS GVO s LATIN AMERICA AND CARIBBEAN SECTION IS PARTICULARLY DISAPPOINTING AND AS SUCH THIS BLOG WILL PLACE SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THIS AREA
如果說GVO有那裡不足的話，那就是它還不夠大，而更多人的參與才能造就更多元的論點。

Time magazine recently announced a list of Hero of the Environment One Korean guy is included in the list but he is too far from being environmentally friendly Cheonggyecheon stream restoration seems to be the main factor that made this guy nominated as a hero In fact his Cheonggyecheon stream project is full of nonsenses and corruptive scandals The restored stream is not a natural one but a purely artificial one with fishes which are brought from outside and released at the stream Everytime it rains in Seoul rainwater sweeps up streets and runs into the Cheonggyecheon stream killing those poor fishes from outside frequently So actually it is not recommended to put your feet into the stream just as he does in the picture The source of water in the stream is just tap water drawn to the top of the stream by electrical pumps Only the tap water price amounts to 1 7 million a year It is just like a big aquarium made with cement and concrete
