經歷了約一年半開放式網路論壇的意見討論，LGPL3（註一）亦隨著 GPL3 於 07 年 6 月 29 日同天定稿，其基本上的修正趨勢可大分為兩點，第一就是在函式庫的應用上更添彈性，LGPL3 授權條款一方面試圖微調己身的感染性、卻也同時拓深了所轄函式庫可能的散布管道；第二是將函式庫的實際運行法則案例化

在 Ubuntu 及其他 Linux 底下，若你想要執行 Windows 底下的程式，唯一的方式就是透過 Wine，它已經開發好幾年了，再加上後來有 Google 的幫助，最近它的開發速度變得更快。透過 Wine 你可以執行像是 Picasa、PhotoShop、魔獸世界、CS、Office 等程式，要安裝也很容易，照著 Wine for Debian based distributions 這個頁面的步驟做就可以了。安裝完就沒事了嗎？很可惜並不是這樣的，你必須再經過一些繁雜的步驟來設定它的字型，之後才能正確顯示中文。不過還好這些步驟並不難、只是煩，照著做一次就可以一勞永逸了，當然繼續往下看之前，你必須已經裝好 Wine 了。

要開發 iPhone iPod Touch 程式，可以 download iPhone SDK ，是免費的，不過要執行程式需要有一個 code sign ，這個可以經由 keychain access 中自已設定一個簽章，來達成，這時程式可以用 iPhone Simulator 執行。而要產生可以直接在 iPhone 上執行的程式，要有一個 default 的 Info list 放在 Developer Platforms iPhoneOS platform 加入在 DefaultPropertities 下加入 PROVISIONING_PROFILE_ALLOW NO PROVISIONING_PROFILE_REQUIRED NO 這樣可以作出直接給 iPhone 執行的程式，不過 iPhone 的程式全部都要經過 Apple 的認證及簽章才可以在 iPhone OS 中執行。所以目前只可以作到這
