Portugal may have to close biggest power station to meet EU targets
Portugal may have to shut its largest and dirtiest power station, the coal-fired Sines plant, in order to comply with EU climate change objectives 2012-2020, the newly-convened Portuguese Forum for Climate Change heard today.
